A. One of the benefits of using our company is our excellent service. We like to know our owners by name and strive to manage your property as if it were our own. We provide full service management. We will see the transaction through from start to finish. We find the right tenant for you by appropriate screening including reference , credit, and background checks with attention to all details, ensure the property is move in ready, prepare and execute leases on your behalf. From this point we monitor the collection and payment to you of the rent.
Q. How do you handle repairs to the property?
A. From time to time repairs will be needed to your property. We have a full complement of technicians to make repairs for you or we are happy to use your people to maintain your relationship with them. We notify you of all repair requests and together we determine how to proceed. We are proficient in trouble shooting problems in an effort to save you money.
Q. What do you do if a tenant does not pay their rent?
A. Life happens to people so occasionally someone must be removed from your property. We will follow through with all legal processes to regain possession of your property and rent it to someone else. We will make all legal efforts to collect any money owed to you.
Q. How frequently do you communicate with property owners?
A. No news is good news in our business but we do want you to know what is happening with your tenants or property, so you will be informed of anything we know. We inspect your property during the tenancy and alert you of any changes or needs that we discover. We are always available to you, usually with same day response from us.
Q. How do I know my property is OK?
A. Several processes are in place to assure you we in touch with your property: our technicians report their concerns to us after a service call, we do drive-bys frequently, in addition, we do mid-year interior inspections and of course move-in and move-out inspections.
Q. How do I get my rent proceeds?
A. We mail proceeds checks along with statements monthly or we can electronically transmit your rent proceeds to the bank account of your choice at no cost to you.
